The New York Concert Review has described Antoni Kleczek as a pianist who “possesses a musical maturity far beyond his years.” Antoni has won top prizes at numerous international competitions, including the 8th “Arthur Rubinstein in Memoriam” Piano Competition in Bydgoszcz, the 68th Kosciuszko Foundation Chopin Competition in Washington DC, the 29th Chopin Competition in Szafarnia, and the 6th Rosalyn Tureck Bach Competition in New York. Antoni has performed as a soloist with Washington DC’s National Philharmonic and the Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra and in recitals in the US, Poland, Puerto Rico, and Hungary. Antoni has also had the privilege of working in lessons with such pianists as Horacio Gutiérrez, Piotr Paleczny, Kirill Gerstein, Jeffrey Swann, and Krzysztof Jabłoński, among others. Antoni is currently studying privately with Dr. Martin Labazevitch in Washington DC and is a second year Chopin Foundation Scholarship recipient.
