Madison Yan currently studies under the guidance of Kevin Kenner at the Frost School of Music, University of Miami. Her musical journey began at a young age under the tutelage of Dr. Irena Kofman. A recipient of the prestigious National Chopin Foundation Scholarship, Madison has garnered numerous accolades on both national and international stages. Her accomplishments include first prize in the William Knabe International Piano Competition, and top prizes at the International Chopin Competition in Hartford and the International Keyboard Odyssiad and Festival. Beyond the piano, Madison is a multi-faceted artist, finding inspiration in writing, dance, and martial arts.
