Nadia Azzi was born in Dunedin, Florida to Lebanese-Japanese parents and began playing the piano at the age of five. She is a recipient of numerous top prizes at national and international levels, including the 2019-2020 Beverly Hills National Auditions, 2017, 2016, and 2015 National YoungArts Foundation, 2015 Ishikawa Music Academy, and 2014 Nordmann Scholarship Competition. Ms. Azzi made her Carnegie Hall debut at age eleven and her concerto debut at age twelve. Other engagements of note include festival fellowships and appearances at the Newport Music Festival, Sarasota Music Festival, Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, Bravo Niagara Festival of the Arts, Yellow Barn, Aspen Music Festival, and Junior Piano Academy Eppan. She has also appeared on Arabs Got Talent, NPR's From the Top, WGN-TV Chicago, Radio Canada International, NHK-FM Japan, FBC Japan, Fukui TV, and gave a live recital on the "Impromptu" program of 98.7 WFMT Chicago. Fluent in Japanese and English, Ms. Azzi is also a member of American MENSA. She actively promotes music through numerous outreach programs and community services. Ms. Azzi graduated from the pre-college division of The Juilliard School studying with Yoheved Kaplinsky and currently studies with Fabio Bidini at the Colburn Conservatory of Music.
